Not likely. When strategic players enter into discussions, they have to agree not to use the information they share for competitive purposes. Otherwise, deals would never take place b/w such parties. But I don't think it will come w/ a price tag. It is not OUR ability to compete that is being purchased. It is our fear that the major will take our info and capitalize on it w/ out us. So it is the major that is giving up something.
