Just something that I can't seem to stop thinking about now, not that any of you most likely would have the answer, but I'd appreciate your insights.

I do like the NR, for various reasons, but should we assume - as there's no mention what-so-ever of it - that the talks on the North Pipes claims have stopped w/o result?

With the sum up, and especially the emphasis I'm reading on (the lack of) funding I would have thought this would have been important enough to mention should this still be going on.

On the other hand, maybe I'm reading way to much into this.
