Certainly not a straight forward deal, but ultimately not as dilutive as it appears given TMBXF now also has a large interest in EuroGas. I'm sure this also means there will be some exchange of members to each BOD.

The net effect, of course, is that TMBXF can proceed to drilling. That's a BIG leap in the history of this company.
