I agree that Pebble is dead in the short term, but when the market is convinced that a major philosophical change will begin at EPA, watch how quickly the market's attitude will turn - perhaps in a couple of years.
I also agree that Silver Bell does not seem to be a hot issue at this time, but ASARCO must soon begin to expand exploration and development, or they will run out of ore before production can begin on adjoining claims. Then, any concers about open pit mining are likely to be molified by the same innovative mining plans as LBSR already has for Hay Mountain and BCSP.
At Tombstone, of course, there are additional potential targets outside of Hay Mountain that I think with take priority over anything else, at least for a while.
So, and again in my opinion, NPSP is way down the list of company concerns.
