In my opinion, NAK is under no particular pressure to form a partnership with LBSR in Alaska. LBSR could only help them with land, and they don't need more of that at this time. They could, however, feel the need for take in another partner, one who could bring them money for development, and/or additional explorations on their own claims.

I also do not feel that NAK want to spend any of their own money in Alaska at this time, though they do have some some cash they could put someplace else.
