I am assuming people believe that if Rio pulls out then they hand some cash over to NAK. Then NAK can pursue permitting on their own until Republicans gain control. Kind of farfetched...

Don't get me wrong I am long NAK, I just think sometimes things are a little scarier when you go it on your own.
