VP or others, sorry if I missed this but Big Chunk is on hold now and part of it was given to NAK to settle the debt with them correct? There still is a big chunk of land worth exploring at some point right that LBSR owns?

I know people have speculated and I can't recall but is the assumption that LBSR uses profits from Hay Mountain to advance Big Chunk?

Just wasn't sure about the status overall of Big Chunk.
