There is a Judicial Settlement Conference on Wednesday, March 5th. This was requested by MBGS.

Order Granting Unopposed Motion for Judicial Settlement Conference ~ set for March 5, 2014 at 9:30 a.m. before Judge Hopwood Stevens, Mary Ann Case Motion #19 Unopposed Motion for Judicial Settlement Conference

Hopefully this will be settled before May.
