As you asked, I can't see this making much difference in the shareprice, if at all. Having said that, I also don't know the terms of the settlement agreement. Maybe LBSR walks away free and clear, plus something for it's trouble, though I doubt it.

Intesting to note, also, that this comes just in time for new drilling season. If this has anything at all to do with the settlement, I certainly don't know who will be doing the drilling, and for whom. News on this soon, I'm sure.
