I agree with VP. Had the AK suit caused any real concern about, for example, the debt not being extinguished, the Hay Mountain claims could easily have been dropped down (as they likely will be anyway) into a JV entity jointly owned by LBSR and it's funding partner(s). That way, whatever happens at the Liberty parent level won't affect the HM project.
