Huge move today, eh? Does the market know something? I doubt it as it is not reflected in the volume. I continue looking for news OR a significant change in volume (as a signal) before beginning to look for higher prices long term.

Why? An expert trader & friend, a former newsletter wriiter, once advised me that few stocks will trade up or down in the same direction for three days in a row, 4 and 5 days each also being ecceedingly rare. This doesn't say anything except that buying or selling 3 or more days into a trend can be dangerous without careful consideration.
