Combining Classic Mineral Exploration with State of the Art Technology
..., though I wonder if it's even worth brigning up here, but given the lack of news to discuss... I was just reviewing recent PRs from Tombstone (TMBXF) in regards to their deal with EuroGas, both companies being neighbors of LBSRs at Hay Mountain.
"The new Strategic Corporate Agreement between EuroGas Inc. and its 70.2 percent controlled Swiss subsidiary EuroGas AG and Tombstone Exploration Corporation will result in a very strong Corporate Alliance between our Corporations and will strongly enable our common search for a deep seated copper-porphyry deposit as indicated by previous operators, like ASARCO, as well as also indicated by the interest of our claim neighbor in the Tombstone Mining District, Phoenix, Arizona based Freeport McMoran, the largest publicly trading copper-gold producer in the world."
??? "...indicated by interest (in our property from...) Freeport..." ???
Well, I'm sure most all claim owners in the Tombstone area have shown some level of interest in each others claims, but what does this mean? In this instance, the words come across as a bit of unwarranted puffery. LBSR, I am very sure, could as well say as much in a PR, but hasn't (to my recollection). I think this important given, in my opinion, significantly more compelling geochem and geophysics at Hay Mountain as compared to TMBXF.
This is, at least, confirmation that Tombstone area property owners are communicating, but who can know what Freeport has in mind? Afterall, and given their position in the mining industry, they could be the key to unlocking the whole area. Meanwhile, they have plenty else to occupy their time and money. Besides, I am sure they would rather the likes of TMBXF/LBSR spend their money on exploration before they come around for "tribute".
