Hm, good question, but hard to answer. I say that because each property is different, and geotechnology is so quick to change.

Here, the most advanced, remote sensing tools have been used, and applied against soil and even plant sampleing. Coupled this with some historical drilling, everything is suggestive of something unusually rich, large, and including numbers of economic minerals, incuding, perhaps, rare earths.

Personally, I'd be less concerned with how much to expect from a rising PPS in the short-term, than in how much to keep for the kids and grand kids. Frankly, I see multiple sin-offs coming, meaning that keeping in the game will multiply whatever comes from Hay Mountain by itself.
