For comparisons, other considerations need to be examined. For instance, the mix and grades of ores, metallurgy, access to infrastructure and markets (including labor), political risk, etc. Oh, and at what point in the economic/business cycle the discovery is made. Pardon me, by the way, if I telling you things you already know.
From what we may surmise (based on current evidence), Hay Mountain may well pove itself to be at the top of the list in these and many other categories (except the minerals economic cycle, though that is improving). Grade/grades trumps all, however, so I believe whatever you may find, it will reflect the extreme lower limits of the potential I see here.
