Thank you, my friend, but others have also accused me of arrogance, so there may be something to it. Having said that, I can identify better with descriptive terms such as "terse" and even "brusque". Perhaps this all derives from my having made a career in business report writing where all that mattered was the facts, and well formed opinions based on those facts - complaints and questions never having a place.
