"How long does it take to complete the SRK for Haymontain?"
Each situation is different. The final SRK report for Big Chunk, as I recall, took 15 or 18 months, but that also may have included more and larger targets overall, which would have dragged out the time line.
"Do we not want to spend the money?"
Pretty much have to, SOP (standard opperating proceedure) for a public company. And while such is most often required by potential partners, and/or lenders, that (luckily for us) is not always the case.
Besides, there are lots of LBSR targets in SE Arizona. India/China will still have choices for buried targets once the SRK report is out. Could LBSR have more than one Hay Mountain? Hmmmm!
"Or am I just spinning my wheels here while we wait?"
No, these are reasonable questions.
On another subect, I think it was reported many months ago that approval of drilling permits would take 1-2 months following applications (depending upon the agency). While things may have changed a bit in regards to timing, they could not have changed all that much. ...and we don't know the date on those applications, only that a release of some sort said the apps were made. I'm thinking we could hear on this very, very soon, though it may not make much difference to the share price when the market's concern is in regards to a JV (or JVs).
