Yeah, I think you may be off the mark. The PR does not announce that an agreement is in hand, but neither does it say that one will not be presented tomorrow, or the next day, or on the first of next month. We just can't know when this will happen.
In the meantime, LBSR and Naru would be negligent in not continuing marketing efforts on Hay Mountain AND OTHER LBSR HOLDINGS (and those that will be coming into the fold - mark these words!). Please note that Hay Mountain does not have to have the Mine Finders program to go forward, but many nations may need a Mine Finders program despite what the target may be. So we have two things here driving interest, ...and inquiries, seemingly, from domestic interest outside of what Naru is doing. See yesterday's PR.
My overall sense of this PR is that interest in LBSR, it's concepts and techniques is mushrooming very dramatically beyond expectation, and to the point I would not be suprised to find that money may suddenly appear for staking additional claims/projects in southern Arizona.
As I said a few days ago, in all my decades of partipation in this sector, I've never seen such a level of interest in one company, let alone during a down period in the mining sector. Believe me, this is historical and very dramatic. ...and retail investors for now remain oblivious. Sigh!
