When a JV is completed,I assume a new company will be created.LBSR will maintain their(our) possession of all holding except the specific portion used in the JV. If the JV is at Hay Mt. might the portion be the entire claim or just a portion--say the area with REE as compared to the greater areas with copper/gold??
