So many things covered there with your questions. Maybe VP will take a stab at them. I suggest going the LBSR website and read all NR/PR's from last year or so. Also there is some good, non-technical information that Liberty has concerning these things already linked on website. Most of what you want can be found. Do that and you will be caught up to the rest of us.
