Big Chunk? I'm not sure I understand you correctly, but I don't see much of a chance for things to look better there for at least a couple of years.

Having said that, perhaps there is some chance that the money/people behind Northern Dynasty - not ND itself - may be interested in southeastern Arizona, especially given the successes they have had elsewhere on large copper deposits.
