Dunno how you are looking at that, but here's what I see.

Assuming a JV is announced, the share price should rapidly move to multiples of it's value the day before. Then, assuming good returns from the lab a few to several months after that, there should again be multiple moves highers.

I see 15 to 30 cents per share in six months, if we get a partnership soon, and favorable returns from the lab. I also see share prices continuing higher from there as more lab results are received, and as the company expands into other projects.
