As there is likely to be no cash coming along with a JV, and as management may realize that they could use the momentum coming from rising share prices (and outstanding drilling results) to make substantial moves toward advancing and/or securing other projects, yes, I would expect them to ask this of shareholders, were I on the BOD. I am not, so this is just a guess based on seeing that we are almost up against the wall in terms of being able to raise money from selling shares.

If I am corrent, progress will be achievable on multiple properties years soon. Don't worry about it, though. By the time this comes to a vote, if it does, the share price should be very substantially higher than it is now, and shareholders will eastily understand that this is the only option for raising cash short of selling Hay Mountain way too soon.

So let me turn the question back to you. Which would you rather see - LBSR watching progress at Hay Mountain and with a billion shares out three years from now, or LBSR watching progress on Hay Mountain, while advancing additional discoveries at two, three or four other projects three years from now, all of which are 100 percent owned, but with, say, a share count of 1.4 billion shares?

...but if Hay Mountain is a dud, there will be no worries on this subject, right?
