Are you asking if this is negative news? If so, it doesn't trouble me. It's just business as usual in this sector. Trouble comes when no one is willing to buy into further dilution, and I don't see that happening with LBSR considering all they have on their plate (including entre's and side dishes both known shareholders at this time, and those yet to be revealed).

Expect more of this into the near furture, even if a JV is announced very soon.
