IMO, here's the central revelation...
"...this is the first visible copper mineralization we have seen in the project surface area to date."
This could mean that econonic quantities of ore may be found at or near the surface. If so, start-up costs could be very much lower than earlier thought, meaning the value of the project could be higher than previously imagined. ...earlier cash flow goes to helping finance work that comes later.
This discovery, therefore, well warrants further study and whatever short-term delays it may impose on drilling plans.
