I seem to remember reading that the company said it should be 30-60 days for permits and this was back in August or September. After that I read that they need a archeological report that should only take a week or so to do. I thought it would just be an addendum to the original application and once, reviewed and approved, the permits would be approved?

I guess it could be another month or so...but like you said not something that will hold up a JV I don't think.

I just hope this doesn't drag out another six months or so BUT if it does I hope it will be a great agreement.
