Blue, you asked, "do you think this certain poster's arguments are valid or flawed?"

That's a simple question that can not have a simle answer.

As I suggested, he seems not to have done a reasonable amount of DD on this company, or he is intentionally trying to mislead people. From having experienced this person elsewhere, I think the former is the case. This means his postings about LBSR are both "valid" and "flawed" depending upon which statements or opinions you are looking at.

He is overlooking a lot of outside professional reports by very respected organizations, does not comment on the success of ZTEM in helping to identify new discoveries, seems not to have reviewed the qualifications of the BOD and the advisory BOD, ignores or does not know of recent USGS reports linking REEs to New Mexico and Arizona-based copper porpheryies, and very simplistically seems to take the position that all exploration mining activities are scams until proven otherwise. ...Hay Mountain is not a slag heap in Clarkdale, or an old gravel quarry in Skull Valley, where he has, in my opinion, correctly identified mining frauds.

I will say that from my experience, he is always gentlemanly, and can be counted upon for cogent arguments, even if I disagree with his opinion in this case. Also, his skills in "message board" debate are far above average, so take him on at your own peril, or just click on the "ignore" feature.

Know, too, that you don't have to feel compelled to pursuade everyone to your own way of thinking, especially when they so obviously broadcast that they are not going to be swayed.
