REPOST with changes -
The POU rose during Monday's auction to $41.75 per pound. This is a rise of 5 dollars, the largest single move in 3.5 years, and that previous move was to the downside. Otherwise, we haven't seen such moves in either direction since the Financial Crisis.
At the current price, NPSP could be profitable without using a new "proprietary" process, but looks to be, perhaps, wildly profitable with it.
For fun, let's say the first pipe can generate 50 million dollars per year. At a royalty of 3 percent, that's income to LBSR of 1.5 million to LBSR - should easily cover operating costs. Then, as production expands to other pipes, income will increase dramatically.
My point is, with production from NPSP, no major dilution of the share base should be required, IMO.
