"Doubt that we will get visitors at Hay Mountain before 1st of year now."
Why, because Christmas and New Year's are coming up shortly?
I know for a fact that resorts and private country clubs in the Tucson area remain open and busy during the Holidays, so why would prospective inverstors from the ME not come any day now? Do they care about Christmas or Hanukkah or A.D. 2015?
Besides that, I don't think JB or the BOD would put off a visit by prospective investors one more day than absolutely neccessary, do you?
Once more, however, I'll offer my opinion that it doesn't matter all that much anyway, as the only real kicker for our share price in the short-term will be getting the deal done on the NPSP. That could add one or two cents per share in nothing flat (more when they start drilling, and more with success).
A few people kicking rocks at NPSP may add little, if anything, though I could be wrong about that. But if you were selling a used car, would it be worth more if someone looked at it?
IMO, all that will matter after the look-y-loos have departed Hay Mountain is what offers come back to the company. That will take time, time that will be made more tolerable with money in the bank from Genesis Group, and their announced drilling plans for NPSP.
