Could not agree more. Markets are perplexed and trying to adjust to changes, which in total are very strongly supportive of the US economy...and foreign policy when seen from a Conservative viewpoint (though to the chagrin of others).

Recall that the current administration did everything it could to kill the oil business when they came on board. Now, and despite their efforts, they've failed, making us a far greater economic power than we were (not that things are rosy overall).

...just wondering if this business with POO is helping or hurting our search for a partner for HMSP. While not really mentioned by anyone, it could be helping in that these lower oil prices may be forcing ME investors to diversity with more urgency than they had been under in the recent past.
