POU was off 25 cents at the latest auction, and to $35.25 per ounce. While the decline continues, IT IS SLOWING, and I think it will soon move up.

Though the number looks bad, it is still up 26 percent from the low early last May. In actuallity, the price rose too quickly to be sustainable anyway. It had to cool, if only to gather strength for the next move up.
