VP - I like the hopeful rise for Juniors. But the tax loss selling looks more like heavy duty dumping than "accumulation" as he used it. Either way, someone sold and someone bought.

A unique power impact will have to occur to break the current grip of the Feds on suppressing the POG IMHO.
