In two trades of 10,000 shares each, the PPS climbed to 1.85 cents per share in AFTER HOURS trading.

As easily as this kind of thing may be to do to the upside, so can be done also to the down side. Again, such trades on minimal volume are meaningless in the long run, though still interesting.
