I am a shareholder in LBSR. And I am also a shareholder of another Canadian mining explorer named 'kobex Minerals' (http://kobex-capital.com/s/home.asp) before 'IMA exploration'. This company had a few years ago a lawsuit with 'Aquiline Resources' for ownership of a large silver discovery in Argentina (now in the hands of Pan American Silver Corp.). The dispute was resolved with the 'Navidad' property in the hands of Aquiline Res., but in exchange for financial compensation to' IMA exploration 'by drilling costs incurred. Since then 'IMA exploration-Kobex capital' has been looking for other major mining project, to the point that today has become a business investment company in mining projects with a treasury of approximately $ 34M.That is, a miner explorer without project but with cash on hand
Sorry if I am ignorant of the facts or my English is not good (I'm Spanish and I have no experience in mining), but I think maybe LBSR might have a chance of financing possibilities here. LBSR has considered this option to finance the drilling of HM project?. Do not respond if it is confidential information, but I would appreciate it if you can say that LBSR have at least taken into account the existence of this investment firm. I just want to do my tiny grain of sand, if it helps.
Thank You.
