As to the timing to receipt of permits, I don't care. It keeps changing because plans change on account of ongoing re-analysis of ZTEM. Besides, permits are of no matter at all without a partner. It's a non issue.

As to the question/questions above, I'm not sure what you are asking. Do I think JB is competent to carry this company forward? Yes.

In my experience, BJ has done nothing to warrant any such disrespect in talk of removing him. In fact, risk here has been continually improving, while the prospects for rewards AND THE SIZE of those rewards continue to grow astromically. Why at all would/should this combination of facts, then, engenger discussion of trying to do away with JB? It's just stupid!.

Also, the stock is very obviously tighly held, meaning most holders quite likely would not be inclinde to vote the man out. Do any of these people who have brought this up have any understanding of what it takes to make such a move? It ain't easy. Do you think any of these whiners know the fist thing about bringing such a vote to shareholders?

I've been around this market a very long time, and can tell you that almost every time such a subject comes up on message boards if is from people trying to direct the actions of others to their own advantage.

And why would I pay any attention to a bunch of whiners who have minimal experience in business, and almost no knowledge of mining?

...I think maybe I've over resonded here, so I'll stop now.
