In my opinion, spending any part of that risks what should be used for operating expsenses. Besides, it makes little sense to mount a smaller scale drilling program that 1) can raise more questions than it answers, and 2) could be wasteful of money in the long run even with spectacular results.

You are right on one count, I would think, and that is the company could get a better deal from a potential partner if they had results to show first. Under present circumstances, I think the prudent thing to do is to spend what money is availalbe on finding partners.

Again, just my opinion, but I certain do appreciate your sharing your thoughts. Keep it up.
