Thanks, Blue.

"Materially there has been no change since our announcement and we understand that Genesis is also involved in a number of negotiations that, when concluded, will allow the completion of our agreement."

Let's break that sentence into parts. First, "Materially there has been no change..." I think most of us accept and understand that.

Then, "Genesis is involved in (other) negotiations..." that will have be concluded first.

Does this preclude the likelyhood that the price of uranium is not key to closing the deal? I don't think so. After all, we can't know what kind of deals Genesis is having to put together.

I suspect an "offtake" agreement(s) is key here. If so, this other party (or parties) will take some part of future procuction at a discount to current prices if they can make a profit after processing that ore. I don't think we are there, yet, but this is just an educated guess, and I'd like to be wrong.
