I understand where you are coming from, RisingStar, but I think that if that North Pipes deal closes soon it would be unnecessary and counterproductive to do as you are suggesting. If, however, management believes that the NPSP deal is now off the table (which I don't believe is the case), then I think there would be merit to what you suggest. Even then, I would likely only go as far as a similar deal to what is being negotiated at North Pipes. At this time, however, with what we know, I wouldn't want to lose that potentially very lucrative holding.
