Combining Classic Mineral Exploration with State of the Art Technology
Please don't imply that I am one of those scurrilous spreaders of false information. I am not. I own this stock and have EVERY right to render my opinion on the state of the company in light of the most recent round of highly toxic financing. I can read, and I don't appreciate your snide insinuation that I'm here to paint a gloomier picture than actually exists for LBSR (and that would be a tall order).
In case you haven't read the S1, here is a direct quote:
"The Note may be convertible into shares of common stock of our company at a price per share of 62.5% discount to the average of the daily volume weighted average price (“VWAP”) for the previous five trading days before the date of conversion."
And regardless of how Liberty Star IR tries to spin it, you can bet that Tangiers will hold that sheet of paper up in court if they are not given the discount worded specifically in the S1. Of course such an event would incur legal costs that would then be funded by issuing even more shares at deep discount to the waiting vultures. Lather, rinse, repeat.
And BTW, watching dirtbag financiers get the same stock we own at a 37.5% discount would be no real treat either, even if it were true. Again, I hold out a small bit of hope, but it is eclipsed by the regret I have over buying into this ongoing cash disposal. I could easily average down and double my share count at these prices, but it's easier to toss wads of money out the window as I drive around.
