O.k., but in what capacity did JB attend PDAC? Was it as a presenter? Did LBSR have a booth? I don't think so, Does HKipp?

Anyone can go as an attendee to shmooze and as as a learning experience. Then, and IMO, I don't think going to Manila over going to PDAC means anything at all. JMO, though I'd like to be wrong.

We may find out soon enough.
