The former owner created a great brand, but he did so for criminal purposes while a licensed securities dealer - and not the first time either. He then sold to a UK based company, who employed him as an "admin" while he awaited sentencing to a federal prison. ...calls into question the ethics of the current owner in employing a known felon. He's still serving out a five-year sentencen as far as I know.
