Let me qualify that statement. An offtake agreement is less a foward sale than it is assurance that the processor of the ore with whom the agreement is made will run that ore ahead of ore provided by suppiers not subject to an offtake agreement. It means the ore doesn't get stockpiled around the plant if supplies are plentfiful.
