12.5 million shares, I think, was the best? trading volume in about 4.25 years, FWIW, but is meaningless until, and if such volume is sustained in one direction or the other, even if today's trading was well outside of what can be normally expected for this stock.

As I keep saying, volumes for this stock of typically quite low, suggesting large holders are holding shares, not trading or selling and moving on.

Very roughly, it looks as if LBSR today traded about 1.3 or 1.4 percent of outstanding shares, closer to one what one might expect of an actively traded mining company (producer or explorer). However, given the history of this company, I would not expect such volume to be sustained in the absence of news.

lvargas, dilution is when a company sells shares of itself into the open market, adding to the volume of shares available for trading - in other words the total of "shares outstanding". At present, I think LBSR is authorized to sell up to 1.2 billion shares, and just about 1 billion are "outstanding" to this point in time.
