Thanks for posting the link. Ross and Rick are very impressive individuals. ...been following them for lots of years, and even heard them speak at conferences years ago.

For those like me who have ADD, and find it difficult watching/listending to videos, I think the most interesting parts begin at around 21 minutes, though Ross's biography at the start revealed a lot more that I would have otherwise known. Clearly he's a brilliant developer and market strategist.
