Combining Classic Mineral Exploration with State of the Art Technology
At current prices, the company can raise less than a million bucks, period, before a reset is required. We'll be lucky if they ask for an increase in the allowable shares. If they reverse split the stock, those of us who have believed in the company and carefully built a position will probably wish we'd never heard of this company. If they increase the allowable shares, the slide continues until a material event reverses the trend or trading becomes non-existent.
And remember when Briscoe said there were entities that would love to watch the company fail and move on the claims? That scenario is looking more likely by the day. They can't keep flying around the globe, paying claim fees and kep the lights on with the current share structure. I'm a fan of the science behind the claims and the likelihood of economic mineralization in those claims, but the reality is that many potential partners would look at the company in its current state and assume they could just wait and have the claims when LBSR goes belly-up.
All opinions to the contrary are welcome. I'm no fan of those who seem to take great pleasure in our predicament. The ones who gleefully watch and revel in the misfortune of others are some sick puppies, but they are currently batting a better average than those who still believe in the ability of Briscoe and Co to make someting happen.
