The problem for me is everything is getting MORE puzzling. Would a company put out a message telling investors to watch a video about how difficult it is to get funding for a mining company if the company was close to signing a deal? So without meaning to, has the company admitted it is not close in any negotiations? And if LBSR is not close to a deal, can we ever know if it is because it is holding out for an agreement that is too favorable for LBSR in the minds of the potential investors? JB and team have a good idea of the potential value at TSP, but should the difficulty of the market which is the subject of the recommended video be taken into consideration?

Also, we have no idea whether millions of new shares are going to be dumped on the market. I asked about the "or even if" part of a company reply here, but as VP says, it seems likely more dilution is on the way. Even having this hanging over our heads is probably keeping the share price down before any new shares are OK'd. The super cycle factor is nice...but if there is a total market correction, a lot of potential JV partners could vanish.
