"I've received questions about development of our claims at the North Pipes Super Project recently.

We have made a letter agreement with Andrew Mueller, head of Genesis regarding lease option of these claims to Genesis. I have discussed the situation with Mr. Mueller in great detail, including the complexities of the 'moratorium' which only relates to staking of new land. Existing claims are grandfathered in. He is well aware of the complexities in the moratorium area and the mining law. Mr. Mueller has engaged experts of his own. He has made the decision to proceed, and proceed he will as he sees fit. I have long been aware of the General Mining Law complexities and have received opinions from competent mining attorneys as to those vagaries and how to address them.
