Forget Nord being bankrupt. By the time LBSR is producing ore, assuming they will be at some point, Nord will be sold and perhaps operating under a new name. If those facilities are not available, ore can just be shipped on to another location, but at high costs.
Then, while it also hardly worth a mention at this point, should REEs every be produced in commercial quantities from the Tombstone area, that ore will have to go to the Mountain Pass facility in California for processing. By the way, they (Molycorp) are in trouble too, but I don't think they will be shut down and sold off in the near term, though operations could be suspended pending higher prices or new sources of feed.
