SteveP & Risingstar, yes, this always seems to look good, and honestly there is always plenty to say on the "good" side (though there is always a lot of focus on the negative from some quarters). In the near-term, however, I think that without news this stock has become a vehicle for traders. My next purchases will, therefore, be for trading, though I haven't too much experience in that area. Having said that, I think I can do well enough having watched and traded some stocks like this for decades. I began trading Bre-X during it's fall from grace and did well on it, because I understood what was going on there. Google it if the name means nothing to you - an interesting story.

The really good thing about these lower prices, IMO, is the chance to average down in a dramatic way. Let's hypothicate a scenario, and throw some numbers around just for illustration stake, and to make it easy, let's say LBSR only has Hay Mountain proper in it's portfolio (with nothing else, one target potentially worth 100 billion. Let's also assume the company has 100 percent interst in that property at the moment, 50 or so percent with a partner.

If you bought at 4 cents with 700 million shares out, the company market cap then would havev been 28 million dollars. If the company soon has 1.25 billion shares out at 1/4 cent each, the market cap is only $3,125,000. But if you buy now, and price goes back to 4 cents, the market cap of the company becomes 50 million dollars, and you've made 1,500 percent! If you don't buy now, you only get back to being even.

Dilution, then, brings opportunity along risk. IF the company succeds in bringing one or more deals to market, and before drill returns are in, 3-4 cents is highly possible, more in a market starved for news on big exploration projects. [...and especially as rising base metals prices begin to draw more attention.]

In conclusion, if you liked this company enough to buy shares at 4 cents or more, you have to love it now, YOU HAVE TO. Your dollars have more leverage, though the risk of nothing happening soon has increased too.

Perhaps this is not the kind of encouragement you wanted to hear, but there it is none-the-less. ...and there is always that black swan that can come along unexpectedly (for good or bad).
