Yes I understand the possible consequences of voting no. I will not vote no and abstaining really does nothing except send a message that has little effect. But one question: is there a chance that there are deals we are not taking and voting for five billions shares enables LBSR to turn down deals that are realistic in this horrible environment? I am not sure if this is what you alluded to the other day about the principle of diminishing return, but waiting another year to get 10% more is not what I would choose. Then again, maybe there have been no offers at all. I don't know which is more discouraging. By the way, this is the harshest I have ever spoken about LBSR. I keep thinking of that "when and if" referring to the financing (an answer to a question I asked in January). I know you must be somewhat disappointed because you have put LBSR into the trading category. Which seems to suggest some up and down action and there seems to be less and less urgency for someone to buy shares so I am not sure the price action will be tradable. OK, I am going to try and have a better attitude tomorrow.
