Message: On mining finance...

Why does the company have to ask for FIVE billion? Is it an attempt to discourage the vultures who are waiting around, knowing that LBSR is nearing the end of its authorized shares? Similarly, is it a message to potential partners who feel they have the upper hand. also knowing LBSR will be nearing its share limit? Is it so large a number because they are going to try and use some of it to start drilling and not just for day-to-day operations? That will be difficult if the S/P goes down even more. The one signal it does send accidentally is that LBSR is not even close to a signed deal in the near future, and IF--a big if anyway-- there are offers on the table, they are not even close to what JB and the board would acccept. which is another whole story.

I'm not even sure I can get myself to vote FOR this. I may just abstain and let whatever happens happen.
